How to cancel Weebly / Square Online
Cancel your Weebly / Square Online plan to stop the fee. Below: the gotcha to know first (email is the universal one), what to back up before pulling the plug, and the exact five clicks to get it done.

If you have email like you@yourdomain.com through this provider, cancelling will switch it off. Set up replacement email first — Google Workspace ($6/user/mo), Fastmail ($3/user/mo), or Zoho Mail (free for one user) all work with your domain.
Square acquired Weebly and merged it into Square Online. Your billing may show up under Square instead of Weebly. Look in both account areas if Weebly itself does not show the right plan.
Before you cancel

Download a backup of your old site
Just in case. You'll never need it, but you'll wish you had it if you ever do.

Export any contact-form submissions you want to keep
Old submissions live on the provider; once you cancel they are gone.

Export your orders, customers and products
If you sold anything, download a CSV of your order and customer history. Most platforms have a single Export button under Commerce settings.

Check where your domain is registered
Your domain (the name like yourbakery.com) may be registered with this provider or with a separate registrar. If it's here, decide whether to transfer it out to a cheaper registrar (Porkbun, Cloudflare Registrar) or leave it where it is — both options work with your new site.

Sign in
weebly.com or squareup.com/dashboard, whichever you remember signing into.

Open your account / billing
On Weebly: profile menu → Account → Domains & Subscriptions. On Square: Settings → Subscription & billing.

Find your site plan
Look for the row with the price; the plan tier (Free, Personal, Professional, Performance) is shown next to it.

Click "Cancel" or "Downgrade to Free"
Downgrading keeps the site visible on the weebly.com / squareup.com URL but stops the paid charges. That's usually fine since your domain points at WhatIMade now.

Confirm
Billing stops at end of current cycle.
About refunds: Weebly: no refunds on annual plans for unused time. Monthly billing stops at end of cycle.
About your domain
If you bought your domain through Weebly/Square, you can transfer it out — go to the same Domains area, click the domain, then Transfer Out.
